Hi, I'm Dr. Miller, the founder and owner of Nuravita!
My love and appreciation of the human body coupled with a curiosity of how it works has fueled my career in the healing arts. What I love most is taking my knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics and breaking it down so you can understand it for yourself. I’ve studied with some great experts on movement science and would love to share what I’ve learned with you!
All bodies are capable of healing! My intention is to help people of all ages learn how their bodies work, how to reduce pain, mitigate injuries and most importantly be able to perform the activities that make you most happy. Activities range from being able to take a walk or play with your child to taking a month long backpacking trip without pain. Another goal of mine is to inspire you to make the mundane tasks of life like doing the dishes, cleaning your house, walking from place to place more fun and exciting! As a result, your movement practice and those tasks become intertwined, requiring less “exercise” time needed and leaving more time for fun!!!

► Nutritious Movement™ Alignment Specialist (in training)
Nutritious Movement™ is a whole-body movement program that utilizes Movement Micronutrients and Macronutrients and habitat (lifestyle) changes to nourish all trillion of your body’s parts. The bending and squishing of your cells that happens when you move is an input—just like dietary nutrients. Cells respond directly to mechanical input through mechanotransduction. Nutritious Movement is a program that offers Micronutrients (corrective exercises, to help mobilize any sedentary spots brought about by years of being casted by modern habitats) and Macronutrients (larger categories of movement like walking, squatting, carrying).

FRC is a comprehensive joint training system. The three main goals of FRC are mobility development, joint strength and body control. This technique can be used for rehabilitation as well as every day conditioning.
► Certified Movnat Level 1 Instructor
MovNat is a physical education and fitness system based on the full range of natural human movement abilities. These include the locomotive skills of walking, running, jumping, balancing, crawling, climbing, swimming, lifting, carrying, throwing and catching.
► Certified Applied Kinesiologist
Technique that combines the study of movement and biomechanics with the use of manual muscle testing to assess, diagnose, and treat various conditions.
► Neurokinetic Therapy Level 1
A manual muscle testing technique that is intended to diagnose imbalances in the Motor Control Center of the Cerebellum, causing pain and dysfunction and correct them.
► Iyengar Yoga Level 1 Certification
Iyengar yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama).
► Asian Healing Arts and Whole Foods Nutrition Certificate
This 9-month program included training in Swedish massage, Shiatsu and nutritional consulting based on the Five Element Theory and using food as medicine.
